Project Overview
The year of late 2021 – After COVID hit, FACE Stockholm, a 40-year-old Swedish brand who is famous for retail and in-person services. Their digital presence had to become stronger than ever. While they focused on in-person experience, their website became very outdated and not focusing on any user journey, confusing check-out, outdated search and overall going with aesthetics before usability.
My Contributions
As a member of Toptal, top 3% of freelancers in the world, I was matched to meet Martina, the daughter of the founder Gun and co-owner of FACE Stockholm. I was hired to do their Christmas 2021. campaign and update the website and they LOVED it. I've worked closely with Martina and her team ever since, helping them with everything digital that is in my domain. We grew and learnt together resulting in beautiful partnership, friendship and collaboration.
Results
We've switched from WooCommerce to Shopify, from Sendinblue to Mailchimp, from 4th place in Google searches to first. We've automated emails, unified branding and adapted it to the digital.
